Very thorough review and explanation of first service on my CX-5
Jason was very courteous, friendly and informative throughout the service appointment. When an issue with the front end aligment came up, he brought me into the shop to show me the mis-alignment on the testing equipment and recommended it be corrected to avoid future issues with uneven tire wear etc. Even though it took a little longer I was impressed and surprised from the detailed explanation of the service performed/bill to the clean / washed vehicle i drove out with. I was also impressed with how clean the entire service area was.
