I had an appointment for a simple oil change. Service staff gave excellent client service. Everyone is smiling and making you feel welcome, even if someone is just walking by...they’re smiling at you. The courtesy shuttle driver was very pleasant and prompt. Thank you north bay Mazda for your excellent service.
Service did the best they could under the circumstances. Issues only happen during -29 to -35 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately while North Bay Mazda had the vehicle it was a balmy -20 or so. Not cold enough for the vehicle to act up, or warning lights to come on. Service cannot perform diagnosis on something that is not happening. ?

Great service experience!! Like always I was treated with respect and service was quick and efficient!! No complaints!!! Always wonderful staff with smiles on their faces and questions are always answered!!

Reasonable cost for replacement of Fresh/recirc door actuator. Good service in a comfortable environment. As to why I am required to write at least 20 words, perhaps Reviewsii is unable to concisely and accurately convey a message quickly, or they get paid by the word.
