My review is about the recommendation of a sales associate to buy Ford brand mats instead of Weathertech brand which I have had in two other vehicles. The Ford mars are substandard to Weathertech in that they are shorter all around amd have deep ridges which are hard to clean. If I had known this I would not have purchased. The salesman said he wouldtake caremof installing them before I picked up the car. I know: buyer beware. But they were sold to me as if they were equal in quality. My mistake. I sent email to salesman and he Said that he was sorry I didn’t like them. I will not be recommending this product to anyone.
Tiffany Danis was an awesome saleswoman. She treated me with respect and was willing to work with me to find the vehicle I wanted. I am very pleased with my Edge and would recommend her to others. Penny Godfrey
