lSummary of experience at LEDUC DODGE during purchase of Jeep Cherokee on July 17/21
I must say that my wife and me have never been treated so good by a dealer and staff in all the years that we have been purchasing vehicles. A guess would be approx. 10 - 15 vehicles and recreational units, so you can see that we have dealt with many dealers across the country from where my job led me.
Now, to be specific these are the comments on the following employees and the boss:
Neil - absolutely the most energetic salesperson we have ever dealt with. Keep up the good work Neil, and you’ll meet with great success.
Natalia - As a finance officer you are great and your ability to explain every aspect of our purchase is nothing short of amazing and even if we did run past closing time. (Overtime ? ) plus personality plus.
Richard ( if I may) and I’m sure I can because as is said this Dealership is run like a family oriented enterprise. Not often and in our case we have never had the opportunity to include the owner. An added and great experience. No pressure and time limitations. Keep this format and you will proceed into the future on a positive note. We have no problem recommending your Dealership to anyone whom we know is interested in a new or used vehicle. Thank You for the experience.
