Ladies in service were friendly, understood what my issue was and had us sent home promptly. Wish the shop fellas were able to work on it earlier, but warranty work was completed by end of day.

Thanks for the review Celeste! We're glad our team was able to help you out with your warranty work.
It is deflating when you buy a brand new vehicle from a dealership you thought was reputable and when your extended warranty runs out and you’re not even finished paying for the vehicle you get slammed with expensive repairs. I had diagnosed the issue but still got charged an obscene amount of money for diagnostics. I received a laundry list of additional things that required apparent service. However, after speaking with Karen I’m told that most of the items are just recommendations based on the computer and that the mechanics just glanced at things...didn’t actually pull a wrench. Karen is always a pleasure to deal with but it’s tough to cut through the BS to determine what I actually need to do to my vehicle versus what are you guys trying to hose me on. I get a phone call, flyer, email or text from Eastside weekly about upgrading my vehicle - and it blows my mind that your sales team would think that I would actually consider buying another vehicle at Eastside after the how I’ve been treated. I get it, dealerships like Eastside make their money off of suckers like me who don’t know a lot about vehicle repairs, but couldn’t be you at least try to cut someone a break. I struggle to understand how you sleep at night. I remember with my very first vehicle - a Pontiac- that I had a pretty significant issue post-extended warranty expiry and they honoured the service because it was the right thing to do...but, I guess the response to that would be ‘where is Pontiac today?’...because they were doing the ‘right thing’ and not the sleazebag thing - they weren’t making the big bucks! So, I guess all I have to say is I’ve lost all confidence and trust in Eastside and if your sales people could stop calling me because I’ll take my high income to another dealership. I get it, you’re probably all the same...but at least I can try.
