I will start by saying I was extremely sceptical about using Canada drives. I found them extremely aggressive but not rude or inappropriate. They got me the truck I wanted in a matter of days. My friend at the insurance company was thoroughly impressed with the perfect paper work they provided. As well they did all of the interprovincial inspections and registrations so I didn’t have to. The interest rate was fair considering my financial standing only being out of bankruptcy for a year and a half. I would definitely use these guys again.

Sold vehicle that had catastrophic engine failure in less then 800k.
Lied to and sold a dangerous vehicle that had engine failure in less then 800k. Staff refused to abide by warranty at any means. They just want to get clunkers out of the lot that are dangerous.
Greeted and well cared for by the Service staff. A friendly atmosphere upon entering.
Everything was taken care for in the service and answered many extra questions patiently explaining more of our cars functions in detail.
Are you perhaps talking about my “recent” visit that was almost 6 weeks ago that I’ve already given an opinion on? Perhaps another survey in a month will help
