very professional caring provided me with a courtesy vehicle...treated to me to coffee as I waited and were very attentive.called me as soon as my vehicle was serviced and ready.very good experience

Silvia recognized my need for an immediate determination of my problem, (battery lite on), . knowing that my job takes me out of town,a diagnosis was scheduled on short notice, the problem was diagnosed, parts were obtained overnite and work was done without delay. Desk staff and courier were courteous and efficient; .

I have been with this dealership for the past 15 years for service only on my vehicles, and have always been treated like it was my first visit. This matters to me as I am a firm believer in cultivating a strong customer relationship.
Recently, i have leased my latest vehicle with the Sudbury dealership, it will not be my last. The Floor Manager Ron took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect match for me and my son. He is truly gifted at reading a customer. We will be working on another project soon which I look forward to.
