After a 12 year relationship with my BMW X3 I thought it time to begin my search for a new one. Having visited several dealerships during our search, we finally landed at BMW London. The service that salesman, Patrick provided was beyond superior, and is well worth the drive if you are from out of town. Patrick went out of his way to ensure we were happy, and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs for our new X3 were met. He knew the car and was able to patiently walk me through all of the new “bells and whistles”. He knew the industry, he was respectful, professional and had a great sense of humor that made our car buying experience all the more enjoyable! When the time comes to buy our second BMW, without a doubt, we will be returning to Patrick and BMW London.
