Purchased a new BMW from BMW London. The salesman, Charles was very accommodating with the test drive. He was patient and took time to answer all questions and explain all the features of the car. I also bought a set of winter tires at the time of vehicle purchase. They were not in stock at the time, but he had them delivered to my home when they were available.
All in all a great buying experience.
