M.y experience on Friday was excellent. Steve Neen was very helpful, he listened, answered my questions and had the necessary work done while I waited. I am very organized and efficient...usually....however in my rush to get to London I forgot to put my credit card wallet into my bigger purse. However we were able to get my husband's card number and all was well..He handled it well. After work was done he explained what had been done and suggestions as to what needs to be done down the road. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The warranty service was completed on a very timely basis. I appreciated the option of a shuttle service as opposed to costly loaner. Staff, including shuttle driver, were very friendly and helpful. Appreciate the car wash and cleaning as part of the service.

London was very supportive. Grand River not so much!
