I had a repair done. Parts were in and work was done in a timely manner. As much of the time, the cost of the repair was not commensurate with expectations of what a simple replacement of a fan should be.
A problem was caught and fixed while coming in for a scheduled oil change. This extra attention to catch a problem was appreciated as we were taking the vehicle for a long drive in a few days.
