The Service Team at Lakewood Chevrolet

Dealership employee Adam Montasser made a deal to purchase a vehicle from me. He took the vehicle and promised to bring a cheque for agreed amount before said time. He failed to inform me he wasn’t going to bring the cheque until the next day. He proceeded to joy ride the vehicle several times that night and then abandoned the vehicle in an industrial park with the keys left on the windshield cowl. He destroyed personal property and his sales manager Will Hind explained that this is their normal operation with Lakewood. Buyers and sellers beware as Lakewood has shown they support criminal activities.

NEVER take any product other than a Chevrolet/GMC product to Lakewood Chev. Our 2011 Silverado was done perfectly. after going in ditch. However, with a deer hit on our Dodge Ram Sport, we obviously (because of previous work) took it back to Lakewood Chev. That created a 4 month, poor bodywork, wrong parts, excursion with Lakewood Chev Bodyshop. Two DIFFERENT headlights installed, NO body lines lined up, poor paint, dry sprayed, etc... TERRIBLE! Bodyshop manager shrugged it off, even had the tenacity to say new cars come this way!!! We had insurance make them take the entire front end off, and redo everything! Still not 100%, Hoods still not aligned, but, we are tired of having to deal with shoddy workmanship. Should have known better than to take a competitors product to Lakewood Chev. BE AWARE!

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our service was quicker than expected and both the waiting area and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

The staff a very personal and friendly they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. It was a pleasure to to meet everyone.

Well i was there 2 days ago for my brake changes. and I didn’t like the customer service. They said your vehicle will be ready in 1.8 hours. But i had to wait extra 1.5 hours for that. He didn’t even apologize for one time.
