It took an escalation to get an appointment made for a seasonal tire swap. I created 2 online service requests, chatted online with Jordan to see where my requests went and left a voice mail. I made an appointment for 10:30 on Saturday and I arrived a few minutes early but ended up standing in front of the service advisor for 20 minutes before she acknowledged me. I was told it would be an hour for my service and I had another appointment to get to afterwords. I returned in an hour and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I stated that I had an appointment to get to and asked to pay to save time. I was told I couldn’t pay before the service was complete. After 6 or 7 minutes I was told I could pay even though the service was lot complete. I finally got my vehicle back but was late for another appointment which was not fair for the company who keeps customers on a schedule. I don’t know what happened to the team that used to work in the service department but this experience was not pleasant.
From when I called to when the vehicle was done the service it was above and beyond. Talking to Brittany on the phone was a pleasure and my vehicle came back with the front all cleaned up and a nice wash on the outside. Very happy.
Excellent service experience. Staff in service drive thru was pleasant and welcoming. Was greated by service manager who was wonderful to talk to . Vehicle was completed on time and as promised. Highly recommend finch chrysler service
