Friend purchased vehicle that was certified by them, shortly after purchase a tire blew and he brought it to a tire shop. Was informed the tires where manufactured in 2005 and should not have been on the road at all (allowable age as per MTO is 10 years) this establishment only offered 1/2 off of the one tire that had popped.
They will block anyone who writes a poor review on their socials as well.
This week the Car Lot has went above and beyond their regular services with me. I needed help with roadside and warranty stuff and Moe jumped at the opportunity to help out with all of it! No questions asked. They literally took care of everything I needed fixed and continue to state they will always help when the time arises. This is my third vehicle with them and if I have a problem they are always there to help! I would recommend buying from them as they really do provide great services! They are always there for me and I am happy I purchased a vehicle from them! They don’t make you wait around all day and are even accommodating with offering up beverages and snacks while you wait for your vehicle. They really do make my bad car experiences great again and I have no doubt they will continue to provide amazing services in the future!!! Great work Moe and Group!
