Amazing staff that have never let me down once, Steve does more than I could ask for. I just bought a Jeep from them and didn't even see it until it arrived in Sudbury. That's how much faith I have in Carl, Steve and Moe. ?

Steve Mahaffy, the Sales Associate, answered all my questions and went out of his way to ensure that the car was properly serviced , plated, and delivered to me in Elliot Lake. I will definitely recommend Car Lot Etc to anybody who wants to purchase a good vehicle. Marc and Steven were exceptional in their service to us. My wife and I with our daughter went in there in search of a car. Marc and Steven made us comfortable while we made our choice for the car. Gave us so much information and ensured we got the best price for the vehicle. They ensured we left there satisfied. We have had terrible experiences with 2 car dealers before we came into Car Lot Etc but Marc and Steve sure gave us a different experience entirely. Very professional and friendly dealership.
