I was happy with the service for the most part but the vehicle I bought needed the interior shampooed which was not done before I picked up the vehicle due to the person who does the work not being present.
I was not pressured, that was different from factory dealers.
Saw a car online and chatted online with the site, chat said a salesperson would contact me. David contacted me 5 minutes later and that’s where it began. The whole experience was positive, from David’s attitude to the drive home with my new car. Unreal. Just a perfect experience.
Car was perfect until rain hit it! Chips all over it and then told that it was always like that.
I am completely disappointed. I stressed how I was wanting to get away from rust and chips. I ran my hand over the car many times. Yes they did touch up paint on what was visible cause they couldn’t hide it. The day I brought it home it poured like crazy when it dried over night, my god from mid section to bumper was spotted like it was sand blasted. I called or text photos and I’m told it was like that. I’m not arguing cause The origins response says it all. But my opinion was asked for and there it is.
