Brian and service rep looked at problem I had with USB connections in my Murano, They figured out the problem (mine) in 2 minutes. Excellent service. Went in for servicing and had to drag along my 3 and 5 year old with me. In addition to looking at all the other cars, the hot chocolate was a pleasant treat. Sorry for the spill though ... and thanks for the quick and non-judgmental mop up.
