Josh was very knowledgeable about not only the stock on the lot but the models that I was interested. I was interested in a particular BMW and he walked me through the car and then I was quickly out for a test drive. All the staff were very helpful and Josh in particular made the whole car-buying experience very easy. Dan, one of the owners, took the time, while we were out for a check drive in my car that I was trading in, to explained the history of the business, the service centre and it was clear how much they all care about the happiness of the customer and their satisfaction post purchase.
