I want to start by saying the overall experience was great.
My biggest disappointment, my needs was not respected on the 90 days terms with no payment. I was clear from the beginning with Kevin Greenidge and Johnny Younes i need the 90 days so it won’t cost me money out of my pocket since my company give me a monthly allowance. I was told yes to find out at the delivery date on June 6 it can’t be done. I would at least appreciate a courtesy call to explain the situation and I would probably wait another month before purchasing the car. Now I need to upfront $600 out of my pocket. I just feel the deal had to be done so they can get the monthly bonus in.
My recommendation will be if in the future something can’t be done with the customer needs a phone call with explanation should be made.

I rate my experience as excellent. The staff was trying its best to satisfy the customer. The only area, which is probably due to the amount of sales being experienced at this time of year, was wait times which were a bit long compared to what this customer has previously experienced at other dealerships, This does not sufficiently detract however from the overall experience. The customer will be servicing his car at Hyundai on Hunt Club.
