Kevin was personable, approachable and respectful when in communication with him. He was truly great and fair. Unfortunately I had a very random and very disappointing phone call from Eli (manager) who felt it was appropriate to yell at me over the phone and eventually hang up the phone while I was mid-sentence over a deal that was between Kevin and myself as he was trying to make me pay more money. Very rude and definitely affected my experience buying from this dealership.
