I had booked an appointment for a test drive, and Jamal was the one who took me on that test drive and subsequently sold me a 2018 Kona Ultimate. He was friendly, informative, responsive to questions and sincerely interested in what was important to us. He listened, he did not try and convince us of something that we weren't interested in, and felt that he truly cared and respected us. When I can to pick up the car he was helpful, informative and paced his review of the car features so I had time to digest what I was learning.
