Called me Few days before it was ready and asked me about warranty
Let him know the day before pickup that I’m not interested in warranty
Came in day off pickup, was shown the car and walked through the features, helped me put on a bow on it, signed papers, got keys and we went on our way

We upgraded my 2017 Hyundai Elantra to a 2018 yesterday. Mo, our sales rep was very respectful, courteous and patient. We negotiated a good deal and it was a seamless process. Very happy with the vehicle.
