“I remember sitting in a dealership and negotiate buying a car only for the better deal not necessarily for the car we wanted or needed; I felt it was crazy fast that the car-buying experience. Next time I will approach car buying a bit more carefully and involve my Wife's input and involvement.
“If you were buying a big-screen TV or a computer, you could go to three or four different websites and get different prices to find a fair price to pay, but you couldn’t do that with new cars.”

Adam is a good listener and takes your feedback into consideration when making recommendations. His focus is on the client and that's a bit rare these days!
