We were in the middle of our car shopping and arrived Dilawri Hyundai, knowing this a real contender for us. Adam was a very aggressive salesperson, but not to the point of turning us off of the purchase. His "offer" seemed fair, if not generous, and he was very informative and knowledgeable on the test drive. He allowed us a second test to make sure the car would fit into our garage. The actual purchase process was smooth but long.

Adam also was quick to introduce us to other staff of the business that we would be dealing with both in terms of the purchase and ongoing service. All in all a very rewarding experience for us and we have the new vehicle we were looking for.
