My salesman, Adam Fata, was very knowledgeable and accommodating while explaining or demonstrating all the features of the 2015 Sanfa Fe line, making my decision easy to select the model that best suited my needs. The dealership assessed my trade-in fairly and made considerable effort to locate a new vehicle with my choice of trim and colour. Adam was very helpful during the negotiations leading to my purchase. Prior to delivery, Adam was always reachable by phone to answer any questions and he was very thorough during the whole delivery process. The vehicle was delivered as promised leaving me a very satisfied customer.
My only complaint is about the sale of additional services during the finalization of the sale contract. I purchased a package that included the rustproof module, exterior paint sealer and interior leather finish at a price that was finally acceptable to me. However, I felt that that negotiation was stressful and could have been handled better.
Adam helped me buy my first car and make it much more afforable for a college student. He was also willing to throw in winter tires. When I picked up the car a week later, it was so clean and looked brand new. Very happy with the service, as happy as I am with my Hyundai Elantra. Thanks Adam!
