I purchased a 2014 Sonata Hybrid that is a great car, but it was not delivered to me as it should have been. The damage and issues have been corrected, but if a more thorough and professional inspection of the car, with attention to detail, had been done, I would have rated 4 or 5 instead of 3 stars. A car should never be delivered to a customer in the condition mine was.
