Our car needed a little service and we thought we would check out the new Elantras at the same time. Eric demonstrated a 2017 and we were impressed. After a short negotiation, we bought it. Johnny then explained the extended warranty and rust-proofing, We bought that too. Good day all around.
Even though we gave the dealership extra time to get the car ready, they rushed through everything from using the wrong colour paint for touch ups (it's still very visible) to a poor job of cleaning the car on the inside to a poor job of "fixing" the brakes (brakes still grind the same way they did during the test drive) as well as giving us the run around at pick-up. Note: As of 1:00 p.m. on day of pick-up the car hadn't been in service yet for safety or cleaned and we were to pick-up the car at 4:00 p.m. We would not recommend this dealership.
We got the car we wanted and we could not be happier. Eric was super helpful and professional. I would recommend Hyundai on Hunt Club and Eric to anyone in the market for a new car.
