Some small issues that I think can improve overall experience:
1. no second set of keys provided. if car did not have a set when traded, then another should have been cut for new owner.
2. a pitiful amount of gas left in car - barely 1/4 tank. very cheap of Delawri in my opinion.
3. seats were supposed to be cleaned, but stains were still present. it was more a perfuming of the car. seat were wet when I took possession. perfume stink was intense.
My first contact with Reg was over the phone, I told him what my needs were in a vehicle, we set up a meeting time, he was punctual, organized and had my "wish-list" taken care of in no time. He was polite and entertaining for my family while we conducted our business. I am 110% satisfied with my new car, as well as the salesman and the process of purchasing it.
Reg Pulfer and Eli Nassrallah made the purchase very enjoyable.
