My (previously used) 2014 Hundai Accent suffered a power steering system failure the same day that I drove it off the lot, resulting in minor cosmetic damage to bumper exterior. Had I been driving on the highway at the time, this could have been a fatal accident as the power steering just shut off all of a sudden.
The dealership did provide me with a rental and replaced the power steering pump at no cost (manufacturer warranty), but I still feel that I was sold a lemon car. In my opinion the dealership should have given me an opportunity to return the car for credit and choose another vehicle.
I would not come back to Hyundai on Hunt Club for this reason, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
We came in to trade in our older SUV and our salesman Tran helped us from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, catered to our needs and got us the best deal.
