Service all around was great. The service staff was very helpful and in a great mood and my oil change was done within the timeframe that they had quoted.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed or pressured into buying a new vehicle, Tran made the experience enjoyable and exciting!
Tran clearly explained the details, features, and all relavent information in an honest, friendly manner. He was available and approachable with any concerns or questions I had. Tran offered a couple special bonus items (winter tires, window tinting) and was respectful of my bottom line. Upon pickup, I was given a thorough run-down of the vehicles features which made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Tran even took the time to follow up with me a week after I had picked up the vehicle to ensure my satisfaction and to go over any concerns I may have had.
Overall, my experience with Tran and the Hunt Club Hyundai team was most pleasent.
