My experience started online. Matt reached out and we had a conversation through text. He suggested booking a time with him which I did and then I sent him my car trade-in information. Very positive experience with the car trade-in part and the buying part was a breeze.

I contacted the dealership through email to let them know I was ready to trade in my leased vehicle. I was contacted immediately by Matt and we discussed what type of vehicle I wanted. He let me know what was in stock and when they would be getting more vehicles. We decided which vehicle suited me and I was contacted as soon as it came in. Matt is polite and honest. But you need to sit with him to realise it. Once he know you are here to buy, he will do everything he can to ensure you get a great deal, without comprising moncton Hondas principles. He is prompt, timely and very professional as well. And always ready to help even during non office hours.
