Came to the office on a Wednesday afternoon. Everything got taken care of the same day and I was able to leave with my car on the Saturday. Service was impeccable.
My sale representative that I dealt with went to work somewhere else. I was trying to provide my insurance for the purchased car and I could not reach my sales person. Only after contacting the dealership was I provided with a contact person.
At the time we test drive the car we only had a few minutes to do so and Bedford was able to pre-prepare the car for us to save us time. We really appreciated that we didn’t have to wait around during any part of the process.
When signed up for financing, the paperwork was pre-prepared and we didn’t have to spend a lot of time filling the paperwork out. We had previously purchased another car through Ralley Motors a few years back and we sat in the office for more than two hours, experiencing a very long and frustrating process where they tried to up-sell us. We appreciated that it was quick and easy at Moncton Honda.
After the sale was complete with the car in our hands, we called to ask Bedford for a copy of the 100 point inspection for our files. He was able to drop it off to us after his working hours on his way home and we certainly appreciate that.

Very good experience !! Good service my car was ready the next day with winter tires, washed and a full tank of gas. They even paired my phone for me. I would buy again from them.
