Billy Gallant was born and raised in Miramichi, and moved to Moncton in 2013. Before studying Marketing and Sales at NBCC Moncton; Billy practiced cooking, where he gained his ability to truly listen to what people need. Now, he is enjoying his role as a Product Specialist; providing customers with vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget. Aside from work, Billy spends his time with family, friends and behind a drum kit.
I BOUGHT A 2017 FIAT 500 ABARTH FROM MONCTON HONDA, WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE CAR TOO ME IN NOVA SCOTIA THE FRONT STRUT MOUNTS WERE COMPLETELY BLOWN OUT OF IT ( HAD MY WORK CHECK IT OVER ON A HOIST AFTER I RECEIVED IT). AFTER CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES TOO MONCTON HONDA, AND THEM NOT RETURNING MY CALLS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TOO, I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO THE USED CAR SALES MANAGER WHO REFUSED TO DO ANY WORK FOR ME UNLESS THE CAR WAS BROUGHT BACK TO MONCTON HONDA TOO GET THE WORK DONE, AND THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE COVERING ANY OF THE PARTS COST. I FOR ONE AM NOT TRUSTING THEIR MECHANICS TO WORK ON MY CAR AGAIN AS THEY PASSED THE MVI ON THIS CAR WITH BOTH FRONT STRUT MOUNTS BLOWN, AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO LET THEM TAKE MY CAR ALL THE WAY BACK TOO NEW BRUINSWICK, LEAVE ME WITHOUT A CAR AND THEM PUT EXTRA MILES ON MY CAR, JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO CHECK OVER THE CAR THEMSELVES AND TOO SAVE ACOUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS ON LABOUR CHARGES, AND YET THEY CANT EVEN GET THE PARTS IF THEY WANTED TO, THEY ARE BACKORDERED ALL ACROSS CANADA AMD REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR ANY OF THE PARTS I OUTSOURCED FROM TEXAS SO I CAN GET MY CAR BACK ON THE ROAD SAFELY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR VEHICLES THAT THEY SELL TO YOU. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS THEN I WOULD. ALSO, THEY CONTRIBUTED TO HAVING ME FIRED FROM MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT ALONG WITH BEN SMITH FROM FAIRLEY AND STEVENS FORD IN DARTMOUTH, JUST BECAUSE I REFUSED TO TAKE MY HONEST REVIEW DOWN. I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP HERE, EVER.
The people at Honda really gave me a blessing. They really helped my family and I out. The experience was quick no fooling around just straight to business and the associates were so friendly and welcoming!
Went above and beyond to answer all my questions, was very helpful when I had a hard time choosing a vehicle, was quick to call back when I had more questions. The service was amazing.
Although we did decide to purchase our vehicle from Moncton Honda, it wasn’t an easy experience. We love the Honda product, but we had to visit the dealership 4 times before they would work with us on meeting our budget (each visit saying they were giving us their best offer). I would have preferred for them to be up front with whether or not they could meet our budget (which they could, eventually). I would have also preferred if they could do more via email. They were unwilling to discuss any numbers unless you were in person in the dealership (I communicated our budget via email, but their response was always “come in and we can discuss”).
