Rob was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Honda products; his style in terms of presenting the facts and allowing us to make a decision (vs. being overly aggressive) was greatly appreciated! The only reason we did not give a 5 star rating is, after having already purchased 3 vehicles at Moncton Honda (this being our 4th), we still don't feel like valued customers at Moncton Honda... we don't feel like being a multiple, repeat customer at this dealership translates into any special treatment, or that any first time customer off the street gets the same treatment... There was a time when this was not the case, but in recent years, Moncton Honda has a very corporate, sterile feel... In fact, this should represent our 5th Moncton Honda purchase, but our last Honda was purchased at another nearby Honda dealer, because we were given better treatment in terms of price by a dealer that we had never set foot in previously... After exploring options first at another dealership in Moncton that does value our repeat business, Moncton Honda received our business in this case simply because they had a pre-owned CR-V on their lot that suited our urgent needs...
I could not be more pleased with the customer service from everyone at Honda Moncton! I have never been into a dealership where I felt a warm presence, very relaxed, genuine and happy people :) Kudos to you all!! Rob and Marco's were amazing to deal with :)

went in to buy a new civic and got really great service, i ended up leasing a car instead and couldn't be happier, Rob was an excellent sales rep, he was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
The Honda staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful. They made themselves available for questions and never seemed rushed when speaking with us.
