We went into Moncton Honda knowing what we wanted. Rob found it and guided us through what was required to work out the purchase. Not quite as easy as buying shoes but our new to us car is a good fit!

I did NOT feel any pressure or being pushed to make such a big purchase right away. He took me on a test drive to demonstrate how everything works and let me experience the car myself afterwards. He was patient, explained everything in easy to understand terminology, has great attention to all the little details, excellent product knowledge, honest, straightforward and respectful . He took the time to listen and break down all the options and numbers in detail and helped us make an informed choice. He also called after the sale to check in to see if there were any questions and concerns with the new vehicle which I really appreciated.
