We purchased a used vehicle at Moncton Honda. The transaction was smooth and was executed with professionalism and quick service. Upon taking ownership of the vehicle I noticed the license plate was loose and returned to the dealership with the vehicle. Our sales person, Rob Burgoyne, quickly assessed the problem and involved the Service department. The fix would require an hour to resolve and Rob was very quick to offer his own personal vehicle so that I could continue on with my errands. Rob's generous offer told me once again that Moncton Honda is an excellent dealership!
The staff was knowledgeable, kind and cooperative. I felt that they understood my needs and concerns and did not put pressure on me to make a decision in an instant like some other car dealers have done in the past. He made it known that my business was important to them but allowed me the time to sort through this decision to ensure I made the right one. Thank you!
Can't complain at all. Honda civic is a great car. Rob was friendly and explained everything clearly. I had a great experience and will consider Honda again.
Bought a new van and Rob made the experience most comfortable. It was a no pressure sale and explanations of what I was getting were bang on. Sent me to meet Marco in Finance office and he was a pleasure to deal with. Straight to the point and I was in and out.. Great team!! Thanks
