I am very happy about my purchase of a 2013 Honda Civic EX. Upon meeting Rob Burgoyne, he knew my wife and I were very serious about this specific car. Rob was more than eager to provide the keys for me and Francine to take a test drive. Once we decided this is the car for us, Rob already started some of the necessary paperwork to save us time. In no time ( 10 min) max, we were approved! He went over the Honda certified program and all the benefits of buying a car with this certification giving us great comfort in purchasing the Honda Civic EX. He gave as much detail as anyone could give about this car and programs etc. We sat with Marco the business manager and I was impressed with the knowledge he had for warranty, financing options, and even rust prevention. Marco made sure we had the best options for the choice of bank, duration of warranty, and providing the best interest rate for us! All in all, this was a great buying experience, and this is why we keep coming back every time we need a car. Two thumbs up for Rob, Marco and all the friendly staff!
