Went to Moncton Honda shopping for a vehicle to replace my aging Ford Escape. I was directed to Rob Borgoyne (sorry about spelling) . He and I , with my son had a really nice conversation about both new and used vehicles. I asked to take one on the lot home to show my wife. He allowed us and we went. I brought vehicle back and searching other dealerships, but found nothing. I called Rob back and reserved the one I test drove for purchase. Over the next couple days he and the business manager walked me through the process. It was a very nice and friendly experience. I would like to thank Moncton Honda on a pleasurable experience.
Rob approached me for removing me early from my lease.
I was doubtful over this possibility but he explained the current market situation and his goal to help me remain with honda family. I did not feel he hid anything from me felt he has treated me with honesty from the beginning.
Even upon the day for returning my lease Rob fought to have some repairs absorbed by honda which help me removing financial pressures and get into a beautiful Honda Civic sport to which is love so much.
