I recently purchased a new vehicle at Gananoque Chevrolet Olds . Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience , my experience was not. Everyone was very helpful and friendly . Warren Abbink was very helpful explaining the purchasing process. Doug Lloyd was the salesman I worked with making my purchase very smooth and stress free . He was very professional , informative and was very considerate when we had to work around my schedule . It is also very nice that he touched base after my purchase to see how I was enjoying the vehicle. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced at Gananoque Chevrolet dealer and will be dealing with Doug Lloyd for my next purchase I will recommend Gananoque Chevrolet to my family and friends

He is a great listener & and immediately found us the vehicle we wanted- which is a real challenge in these covid times. He kept us informed every step of the way through the buying process and we truly appreciate all his efforts
