I brought my vehicle in for a seasonal service and was greeted by friendly staff. The Covid safety protocols make you feel at ease as the waiting area is physically distanced and sanitizer is ready for you to use. I was kept updated on the status of my service. I am satisfied with the level of professionalism and detail of my service experience.
excellent service. From reception, to my service advisor to my mechanic. Receptionj cheerfully greeted at the door. Neil, my service advisor kept me up to date on what needed to be done and approximate cost. i had taken the car twice to a local garage as i live approximately 80 km from the dealership and it was more convenient. They couldnt solve the issue. Andy Vos my mechanic at Gan Chev is amazing! He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. Worn ball joints. Well worth the drive.
Received a regular maintenance like an oil change. Very happy. Never left my home and they picked up the truck and dropped it back off a few hours later
