I was very satified with the sales experience and the information provided
I had previously looked at various models and was leaning towards the Malibu as my choice.
Mr. Gill provided me the opportunity to test drive two vehicles and described with detail the different options between them. As a result I am satisfied with the choice I made.

He was eager but his nasty attitude makes us rethink future purchases.
Bob was very eager to sell us a truck and made a lot of promises which unfortunately he did not follow through on. He also had quite an attitude when questioned about anything. He didn't follow through on promises made even after getting him another sale. And was aggressive in his approach towards us.'
Great service, gave us all the facts we needed and price quoted stuck! No run around or false information which is great

We worked with Bob on a previous purchase, he is great so we worked with him again!
Bob is very easy to talk to, if he does not have an answer to a question he immediately follows up with the appropriate person and gets you an answer quickly. He works with your budget and does not try to push you over your comfort zone which for us is important. We went back to him the second time and purchased another vehicle over two years because we liked him and the service. I have and will continue to recommend him in the future.

I walked on to the lot to look at a possible new car....before I left that very day I owned a new 2016 Cruze with all the bells and whistles I was looking for! Bob Gill was prompt, curtious and saw to it I was happy and satisfied with my new purchase. I enjoyed the no nonsense no hassle service he provided. Bob was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone I know considering a new vehicle in the future.
