Mark made the purchase experience smooth, flawless and put me at ease
After years of being a Pontiac fan, it was time for a new vehicle and I needed helping finding one to suit my needs. Mark answered all my questions, was extremely helpful, polite and sincere. He even answered some of my questions before I asked! This was a big purchase for me, and Mark made the experience so much more enjoyable and helped put my mind at ease. Mark was excelllent and understanding and patient, not pushy.
Mark and I emailed back and forth for awhile and he saw me 2 times to get a feel of what exactly I wanted and at the same time helped me realize some of my fears of the new technology. When the car was delivered he took the time and patience to teach me how to operate and get acquainted with the new tech stuff.
