Wayne Murray and Gerogian came highly recommended from a family member. It was for this reason I connected with Wayne to purchase a 2015 Buick Enclave in September. Wayne went out of his way to find exactly what I needed and we were able to stay within my budget. We live around the corner from the Erin Mills Auto Mall in Mississauga and I do not regret travelling to Barrie for this purchase. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I have recommended him highly to others and plan to purchase another vehicle in the near future.
Service was good until I went to get my car after the winter tires were installed. Get my car and asked the tech where are my summer tires? He says they have been sent to the warehouse for storage. The w/o clearly stated customers wants back the tires. He said we can get them but that will take another twenty minutes to get them.Long story short was not impressed with my first experience with the service department. Got me questioning what else got missed on such a simple job.
