Generally a good experience but it could have been better

My experience with Experience Hyundai was good but not the best. David Wigmore was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had agreed that the vehicle would have had an oil change and a safety inspection done before I picked up the vehicle. While driving the vehicle back to my home in Montague, I realized that the inspection wasn't done and the oil change was most likely not done either. I called David about the inspection/oil change the next day and he said I can take the vehicle in at a future time, at my convenience, to have the work done. But since I live 30-40 mins away, and I work during the day, it is inconvenient to take the vehicle in during your business hours. I will likely have to leave work early to get the car in on time to get the work done. And if anything has to repaired (hopefully not!), I will again have to come to Charlottetown to get the work completed. All of this could have been avoided if the work was done before I picked the vehicle up. I also told David that I would be in to pick up and pay for the vehicle around 4 pm, (admittedly, I was 5-10 mins late) but had to wait until almost 30-40 mins to meet with Jason about the paperwork. Overall, my experience was ok. It's just the little things sometimes that leaves a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

I am always treated like I'm the only customer there.

All staff work together to service my car and answer any questions. The team work fast and efficient together. I have and will continue to have my car serviced by the Charlottetown dealership.

gretat experience, very friendly and personal staff.

The service provided by David and the other staff at was very pleasant and they were easy to work with, and always got back to me in a quick fashion.

I loved my experience with you and the people are quite knowledgable and you concentrated on me and me alone.

the services I received here were fantastic. When I took my car in for service, they did the work efficiently and in a timely manner. They worked around my schedule and not theirs. If something was wrong they showed me and fixed it accordingly. I have no problems with Hyundai and would recommend the company to anyone. Keep up the great work. Your reputation is a five star. Salesperson was very friendly, accommodating and willing to listen to our wants and needs.

After purchasing the vehicle when I had questions David was able to respond promptly. On our first trip for maintenance the staff was very friendly. Shuttle service was excellent. I was treated with respect. I do not have a negative comment regarding the purchase of vehicle or my first trip for service.
