100%!! I came into the dealship looking for a vehicle, with a few specific options. I wasn't looking to be heckled by a sales person. Andrew was the ideal salesman to work with. If I had questions, he was prompt to answer, but wasn't calling me everyday begging me to come back in and drop $30K. Andrew was willing to make a deal, and negotiate something that was fair for both of us. I purchased a vehicle last year, and stopped in at Experience Hyundai to look at some vehicles. The salesman I dealt with that day heckled me for weeks following, even after telling him I had made a purchase elsewhere. Thankfully, when my wife and I happened to be taking a quick drive through your lot this year, Andrew was on the lot, and politely greeted us, and was able to answer all of our questions. I was first taken for a test drive, Andrew was very good and working out an offer that fit my budget. We discussed the features of the car and the offer. Once I purchased the car, he was very helpful in making sure I knew all about it and the Hyundai facility.
