It was my first time shopping for a new vehicle and after doing a ton of on-line research and walking into numerous car dealerships in London, ( with noticeably bad sales persons ) I had the pleasure of speaking to Drew over the phone at Acura West.
I said that I was not so eager to drive to yet another place to see another car, and asked as many questions as I could over the phone. He gave me solid advice, accurate information and was very honest with me. Favourite part of the entire conversation is how he proceeded to say " Call, text, email, facebook... doesn't matter, I'm easy to get a-hold of, please contact me when you're ready to see it"! A few days later, he texted me again, and was persistent in making sure I am being taken care of and that I haven't forgotten about it. I asked if he would he be willing to bring the car to my home for a test drive after work so that my spouse and his family could take a peek as well. At this point in searching, I was pretty worn out. Drew came straight there, promptly, and made a fantastic impression. Took us outside and let us view the car. He did a great job of highlighting all of the great features. Was impressed with his confidence in the product.
He let my spouse and I drill him with questions and he answered us to the best of his ability. Again, he seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the features, and benefits. He let us take this car for a test drive twice, and would print any information on the vehicle and the lease agreement that we needed. He sat us down in his office and let us "play with numbers" to see different scenarios of lease possibilities to make us confident that we can find something that works for us. He was supportive, caring and went above and beyond for us.
He showed me how to use every feature in the car after I bought it, followed up after we made the agreement, made it clear that if there was anything at all we needed that he would be there. Drew certainly made and impression and really has been there, any time I call. I would buy again and again from Acura West and I look forward to it.
Drew, in new cars, did a fantastic job making my purchase extremely easy. The car was everything that he said it was. They had it fully detailed and Drew delivered it to my house. Paperwork took no time as it was prepaired and in order. The entire staff was professional and accommodating. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed!
Drew & the Acura West team went 'over & above' by delivering my new RDX from London to Toronto.
