I've been a customer at Acura for over 25 yrs. I've always been treated with class and respect every time I visit the dealership and the service has been very good. Dylan has been always helpful and quick to answer any question. He's been a gentleman.

When we first entered the Acura West dealership, we were promptly met by Mr. Dylan Woodward who quickly showed us an RDX model in the showroom, that we had enquired about earlier on the phone. Dylan was very pleasant and courteous as he pointed out the features of that vehicle. Upon confirming our interest in pursuing the matter further and following a test drive, he took a few short minutes to make some calculations and then invited us to his office where the terms of a possible leasing agreement, were first introduced and discussed. Dylan helped us to feel quite comfortable as we posed questions which were met by his immediate responses that were supported by clear explanations where necessary. From the point of that initial meeting, until we were able to pick up a new RDX with each of our identified features AND all in less than a week, the entire process went like clockwork. On pickup day, Debbie Pantaleo had all the paperwork ready for our signatures and initials and she efficiently assisted us with that exercise. Finally, prior to leaving with our new RDX, Dylan introduced us to the sales and service managers and then he took time to carefully explain how to operate each of the vehicle's features.

I have become familiar with the staff over the past few years as my Honda Pilot (which I also purchased at Acura West) has been in for maintenance. The experience of my latest purchase (RDX) simply reinforces my opinion that this is the best (by far) dealership I have ever worked with. The lengths the staff went to, to ensure that I was prepared for the purchase "experience", and the limitless time I was given to review all details and various vehicles was greatly appreciated. Other dealerships hounded the life out of me - Dylan just told me to give him a call when I was ready for further discussions. No pressure - unheard of. Dylan has the perfect demeanour for his position - it doesn't matter that this lad is six foot infinity. His height could be imposing to some, but his personality and class act counterbalance any of that. I like this lad - a lot. I will buy another vehicle from him, though I doubt it could be a NSX. Every step of this purchase was very relaxed.

Dylan did an excellent job of zero pressure sales, listening to the customer and coming to an agreement that was good for both sides. I was very impressed and appreciated the process.
