I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 8 years at NTA. The system is really easy to navigate. I resently noticed that they changed their website, so I think you have to be registered to view upcoming events as a public customer. Although I'm registered, im having a difficult time logging on to view what's upcoming. I keep trying to reset my password but I'm not receiving any emails to do so. I really like the old system better. I'm trying to upgrade before winter.

you can view the items in the auction without having to log in. Simply click on View Upcoming Auction on the Home page or select the auction you are interested in on the coming Events calendar.

North Toronto have worked hard to make it easy for the disposal of assets. One emailed surplus fleet list to our selling contact starts the process with a call back scheduling pick up times and when these items will be sold. 3-5 days after the sale the cheques are delivered.
I don't believe that the auctioneer tried to sell my car. Rather, they just pushed it through. Then when I went to get my cheque, the value was wrong. I suppose you need to to be selling bigger ticket cars for true value. Kinda thought they thought they were doing me a favour in selling my car.

Hi Gregory. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations when selling your vehicle. I don't know all the details in your case but from what I see the vehicle sold for $200 above Canadian Black Book Value.
