Our salesman was very knowledgeable and carefully explained all the new features of our new Sorento. Every question we asked he answered eliminating any guessing or hunting for a button or setting.
Purchase of new Sportage. Had a good time with the helpful, courteous staff . However, never did receive a call re: install of a trailer hitch, despite dropping in after 3 weeks to check with service dept. Otherwise, all good.
