My experience buying my first new car was extremely satisfying.
Steve was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. When he did not know what we wanted to know he found out and got back to us. He took his time to show us everything about the new car including the full manual. The dealership helped in everyway possible when we had an issue with changing the information screens in the car from fahrenheit to celsius. Dealership is bright, clean and friendly. Have dealt with Sean, Dave, Steve, the finance lady and the manager and all have been friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Our salesman was very easy to work with even when we reached a "snag" with the final deal. I would not hesitate to purchase a car gain from this dealership or recommend it to anyone else.
